Open Windows Mail or Outlook Express
Choose Tools then options.
Choose the signature tab.
Click New
Make sure you put a tick in the box "Add signature to all outgoing messages".
In the Edit Signature box select the Text button.
Type your name or whatever signature you wish in the box.
Click OK... then click Apply.
Now you have your own personal signature.
Changing fonts and colour.
Open the email program, choose tools then options.
Choose Compose on the tab.
In the compose font box choose "mail"
Click the "font settings", choose the font size, style, type and colour
Click O.K. and Apply ( It is most important to click the Apply button)
Click O.K. again and you are finished.
