Creating your own picture slide show as a screen saver

If you have pictures in your computer and would like to use them to make a picture slide show as a screen saver then here is how you go about it.
Firstly store the pictures you wish to use in a folder called "photos" in "My pictures" (for XP) Pictures (Vista)
Return to your desktop
Right click on an empty area of your desktop and then click Properties for XP and Personalize for Vista.
Now select the Screen saver (it's a tab in XP). It is placed about a third of the way down the list in Vista.
In XP - click on the screen saver list and choose My Pictures slideshow option.
Press the O.K. button
In Vista - click on the screen saver list and choose photos, then slideshow/random.
Click O.K.
Now you will have your own personalized screen saver.
