Programs or pages freeze and will not move.
How to solve this:
On the keyboard press Ctrl+Alt+Delete simultaneously.
In Vista Choose "Start Task Manager"
In XP the Task Manager will come up straight away.
Once in the Task Manager window click on the Applications Tab.
Look for the Program or page you were working in.
If it says - Running - then wait because the program is still running, just taking its time.
If it says - Not Responding - then right click and choose "End Task" or highlight the program or page,
and click "End Task"
